6. Delivery & Transportation

Delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. Vasudev Engineering will make reasonable efforts to complete manufacturing and dispatch within the agreed schedule.

Delays caused by transportation issues, raw material shortages, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, technical circumstances, or other events beyond our reasonable control will not be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Installation & Technical Support

Installation, commissioning, operator guidance, and technical support will be provided according to the terms agreed upon during the purchase process.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site has the required electrical supply, water supply, foundation, utilities, safety arrangements, and other infrastructure specified for the machinery.

8. Warranty

Warranty terms, where applicable, will be specified in the quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or warranty documentation provided with the machinery.

Warranty coverage may not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper operation or maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by incorrect electrical supply or operating conditions
